Negativ pantsætningsklausul, dvs. en klausul, som indgår i lånekontrakter/som obligationsvilkår, hvor låntager afgiver løfte om ikke at pantsætte aktiver uden samtidig at give de pågældende lån/obligationer en tilsvarende sikkerhed.
